There are no bedrooms situated on the ground floor.

There are 7 letting bedrooms available on the 1st and 2nd
floors (all are en-suite).

Access to the first floor bedrooms is via a flight of 13
stairs with handrail - we do not have a lift - the stairs turn through 90
degrees to access the flat first floor landing

No steps are on the first floor and doors to all bedrooms are
normal size

Assistance upstairs with luggage is available upon request.

All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There are no grab
rails to either the toilet or shower

A large print menu is available by prior arrangement and, of
course, any explanations will be offered verbally.

The property has a certified fire system with fire doors to
all rooms, audible alarms and emergency lighting - all landings and stairs are
illuminated 24 hours per day
